Acceptable Use Policy
What this is
Credence Voice is a confidential way to raise suggestions, concerns, and feedback with your student council. When you message the council, your identity is hidden from council members — they see only an anonymous label such as “Anonymous Student #1047”. Your account is known to the system but is never shown to the council.
Using it respectfully
- Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, or abusive language.
- Do not use the platform to accuse, insult, or spread false claims about a named person. Messages that appear to name a specific individual are sent to a trusted school adult rather than the student council.
- Do not spam or misuse the service.
- What you write can identify you (for example, describing your class or timetable), even though your account stays hidden.
Not for emergencies
This is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact a trusted adult or the relevant emergency service right away. Serious safety concerns shared here may be passed to a trusted school adult according to school policy.
If the rules are broken
Misuse can be reported and accounts can be suspended by the school administrator. Sensitive actions on the platform — including any access to a student’s identity — are recorded in an audit log.
